This Fork Jembe is a heavy duty soil cultivation tool handcrafted by Kenyan Juakali metalworkers using solid reinforced steel rebar tines.

The fork jembe features four curved rebar tines welded to a central round socket — designed specifically for breaking up compacted soil, aerating garden beds, loosening roots and turning compost and mulch. The curved tines penetrate hard ground effectively, lifting and loosening soil without the effort required by a flat blade jembe.

The round socket fits a standard wooden or metal handle securely, giving you excellent leverage and control for sustained digging. Handle sold separately.
